CINDY CIPRIANI, VP Sales
“Imagining the memories families will have in their new space fuels my imagination. For me, it’s all about the individuals, their needs, wants, and dreams. After all, home is where the heart is. I love becoming a part of their extended family. My mission is to remodel homes and hearts.”
Cindy’s interest in construction began at an early age when she was growing up in rural Pennsylvania. Her father had converted a one-room schoolhouse into the family’s two-story home. His vision instilled in Cindy a love of construction and design, and she would spend hours drawing house plans and learning about construction. She had once considered a career as an architect and has worked in the fields of residential and commercial construction for many years.
Cindy has won awards for her designs of kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. These designs combine great attention to detail when making the renovation process fun for her clients. She was voted “Designer Salesperson of the Year” by The Builder’s League of South Jersey in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.
Cindy spends time with her clients and gets to know their lifestyle as well as what they need and want from their renovation project, enabling her to envision the finished space. Cindy has a background as a professional organizer, which helps her create kitchens, bathrooms, and additions that take into account her clients’ specific space requirements and budget. She is also trained as an HVAC ductwork designer.
“Being able not only to design and draw new spaces but watch them come to life is the fulfillment of a childhood dream. Back then, I had no idea how fun it would be to shop with my clients and guide them in choosing every detail of their project! My goal is to connect on a personal level, so long after the project is finished, our friendship remains.”
Cindy met Jay when she owned her own home decorating and repair business. They are the parents of three sons and have a golden-doodle named Lexi. Cindy is also an award-winning author of the book, Moving Past the Death of a Loved One and is a certified grief recovery specialist. She also volunteers at Habitat for Humanity, The Mother/Child Center, and Cathedral Kitchen in Camden.
